Service Scope

Booking & Scheduling Terms

Booking Requirements

To book our cleaning services, customers must provide accurate property information, access instructions, and contact details. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.

We require at least 24-48 hours advance notice for regular cleaning services and 72 hours for deep cleaning or specialized services. Same-day service may be available based on our schedule availability.

Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of cleaning services unless other arrangements have been made in advance. We accept cash, bank transfers, and major credit cards.

For recurring services, we offer flexible payment options including monthly billing. All prices include our standard cleaning supplies and equipment, unless specialized products are requested.

Cancellation Policy

Customers may cancel or reschedule appointments with at least 24 hours notice without penalty. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may incur a 50% service charge.

If our team arrives for a scheduled service and cannot access the property, a minimum charge equivalent to the base cleaning rate will apply. We will attempt to contact customers at least 30 minutes before arrival.

Please secure pets during cleaning services for their safety and our team's comfort. Inform us in advance about any pets in the household.
